DynamicPolicy™ makes it easy to download your policies to your local PC directly from the read-only interface, whether it be in MS-Word or PDF format. Downloads can be configured to be downloaded by everyone, Management only, or Owner and Co-owner only. Below are the locations where the download option appears for each configuration, please note that by default document downloads are disabled.

Everyone option enabled:

1.The Main View | Pending Documents screen.

2.The Main View | Table of Contents screen.

Management/Owner and Co-owner only option enabled:

1.Go to Management | Policy Center, in the Published policies section.

2.The Management | Table of Contents screen.
