After you are satisfied with the policy and the same is ready for reviewers to read it, you will promote the policy to the Review stage. Follow these steps to move a Draft policy document to Review, and to manage the Review process:
1.Go to the Management | Policy Center screen.
2.Under the Draft section, select the policy you want to promote to Review. The document draft page will be displayed.
3.Click the Review link under the Cycle menu to promote the policy. You will be prompted to select the group or individual users responsible for reviewing the new policy.
4.To select a group, in the Select Group window, select the group icon: . Then select the group from the list.
5.Press the “+” button to add the group to the list of reviewers.
6.To select an individual, in the Select Group window, select the individual icon: . Then select the Individual name from the list.
7.Press the “+” button to add the individual to the list of reviewers.
8.Repeat the process to add multiple groups or individuals as reviewers.
9.To remove groups or individuals from the list, select the name from the list, and press the minus sign.
10.If you are ready to send the document to the Review stage, press Send. You will be prompted to confirm or cancel.
11.If you do not want to send the document to Review yet, press Close. You may send it to review at a later time.
