Each of the labels on the main screen has a specific function:

 

Main View: The Main View provides users read-only access to published management policies and procedures. Users can read news about specific topics and can perform key word searches.  All users have access to Documents.

 

Notifications: The Notifications function allows users and system administrators to communicate important information regarding business processes, policies and procedures, and system problems. This is the primary internal communication vehicle where users can report problems, submit comments or questions, and communicate with other system users.  All users have access to Notifications.

 

Management: The Management function governs the overall administration of the DynamicPolicy™ application.  This function includes user and group creation, policies and procedures creation, quiz development, and compliance reporting. Management access should be limited to users who are system administrators and individuals responsible for policy creation and publishing, such as business process owners, reviewers, approvers, etc.
