All data entered into DynamicPolicy™ is stored in an SQL database. This enables you to run SQL queries on the data to support your company’s system reporting and administration requirements.  To access the database, the system administrator should request a database user name and password from Zequel Technologies.  Once you receive a database user name and password, you can run queries and/or generate reports using any third-party SQL utility. 

For Zequel® to provide remote support for your database, you must take the following steps:

1.Make sure that the server on which DynamicPolicy™ is installed is connected to a network with access to the Internet.

2.If a firewall is present, open port 3306 in the firewall.

3.Point the port noted above to the IP address at which DynamicPolicy™ is installed.
