In some cases, you may prefer to send an alert anonymously to management to notify them of problems.  The “Whistleblower” feature in DynamicPolicy™ allows individuals to send anonymous alerts that do not carry any user identification.   To send an anonymous alert, follow these steps:

1.On the DynamicPolicy™ main screen, click the Notifications tab.

2.In the From line, click the link Send Anonymous Message. The screen will refresh, and will say “From: Anonymous”:

3.Select a Subject from the drop-down list.

4.In the text box, type your question or comment about a policy.

5.Press Send to submit your alert.
