While reading a policy, you may send an e-mail message to the owner of a policy from the policy screen.  This is a way to offer your comments or suggestions concerning the policy, or to ask a question about the policy.  To send a message to the policy owner:

 

1.Scroll to the end of the policy document.

2.Under Comments, click the Send link:

 

 

3.Your default e-mail program will launch a new e-mail message to send to the policy owner, with the policy name and number in the subject line.

4.Compose your message and send the e-mail.
