Newly published or updated policies that you have not yet accepted will appear in the Pending Policies box.   Check this section periodically to read new policies and accept them. 

1.On the Main View screen, click a policy name in the Pending Policies box to read the policy:

2.After you have finished reading the policy, scroll to the Acceptance section.

3.Click on the box next to the statement: “I hereby certify and that I have read this document.”

4.Press Certify Now. The system will return you to the Main View or a message will be displayed indicating there is a quiz attached to the policy.

5.If there is a quiz, click as directed to proceed to the quiz.

6.Follow the instructions in the Take a quiz section to complete the quiz and accept the policy.
