Deactivated user names may be reactivated.  Follow these steps to reactivate a user:

1.Go to Management | Administration.

2.Select Users.

3.To search for the active user name, select inactive.

4.Press Search. All inactive users will be displayed.

5.Click Change Active next to the user name to reactivate:
