Perform these steps to review and respond to alerts:

 

1.Go to Management | Alert Center. In the My Alerts section, any Open Alerts (tickets) and Pending Alerts (tickets) will be displayed.

2.Click an alert to view the message:

 

 

3.Read the alert message and determine whether you will respond immediately and close the ticket, or move it to “pending” status to resolve at a later time.

 

 

4.Select a status code from the Status drop-down list: pending or close, then press Change.

5.To respond directly to the sender by e-mail, click the name of the employee under Reply. Your e-mail system will open so you can send an e-mail message.
